Day 13 and 14

Day 13..

I reject to blood donor because my hemoglobin is not good. The normal is 12,5 but i just get 12,4. Yesterday , i weigh my body and the analyst say that i need to reduce it 5 kg. Oke.. i will do it for sure.. I already do 500 skipping this 3 days, eventhough my weight is not decrease but i feel my body become tight and good. So, i will keep do that everyday..Next week, i will increase into 1000 skipping, i will increase every week until 10.000 skipping i hope.. My new target is half marathon too. So, i need to begin my running work out for half marathon..

Day 14

My weight increase this morning, i do not now because of nasi kebuli or many cokies that i ate yesterday. So, today i plan to fasting and try to do blood donor again. I hope i can accept for blood donor..My sport today just using stair, this afternoon i plan to skipping again and tomorrow will follow aerobic..

Day 5

It was a bad thing because yesterday i just cook and watching some movies. Serial K-pop and it was fun. But i do not do some excercise,sight not good for me

Day 6

Yesterday i ate a lot, rice with duck, some fruit and some chocolate and cookies. I do not excercise just standing in the train when i go to work and go home. Watch 3 episode a man dignity (k drama).

Day 7

Today ,i`m fasting and now, i already drink water, tea without sugar and mix nut.. We will see, if i want to eat again what kind of food i will eat. So, now, lets go home..12 day to go for me to see my parent..Keep healthy ….

Day 8

I ate a lot 😦

I just did skipping and cooking and eat more fruit and dark chocolate

Day 10

I ate corn and do not did excercise 😦

Day 11

Fasting day, i ate bread, fruits and some nuts, i did skipping 500, i have a plan to do skipping everyday for 500. Keep this good work.

Day 12

Today i already eat fruits,nuts,chocolate,and cokies, that a lot but i tried to drink more water today.. Already eat 3 glass and now i hope i can drink 8 glass of water..Ganbatte..Ready for next week event…

Day 4

Day 2

I do not do jogging because feel so lazy (bad), but in the afternoon, i went to market to buy some fruits and vegetables and i cook some meal. It kind of salty fish with some beans and the chili with some tomatoes. It`s yummy…i sleep early at that time

 

Day 3

I do not joging again (oh now) because after i go to shock market and buy a fish, i break my bowl and some of the glass hurt my finger and bleeding. So , i need to make the blood stop and after that i cook sweet corn with egg . After cooked i gone to tanah abang with my bro to find some batik. Ate a duck and an ice. I ate some bread too and i do not do excercise at all. Just walking around in tanah abang to find batik about an hour.

 

Day 4

Wake up in the morning at 4 and eat guava and water. I do not know how much my weight now but i hope i can get 50 kg this week and 48 for next week when i go home become 46.. I have to dicipline in my food combining program and excercise. My target until june 21 is 45 kg. Keep the spirit..

Day 1..

This morning, i did aerobic gangnam style. I think it`s kind of low impact because i do not sweat a lot. After that i eat an apple,cookies and green bean poridge. But, now i feel sleepy, it is because i eat a lot i think.

My weight for today is 52, i need to decrease it into 45, so 7 kg to go in 3 month. I hope this weekend i can do jogging and many excercise and eat healthy. Keep the spirit for healthy life but today i did cheating by eat cookies :D.

New program 2013

This blog is abandoned by me for a long time and that is not good actually. I need to re program my fat loss program because i become stagnant this year. First , when i want to do jogging, it was raining and i to lazy to do it in the rain. So, the alternative is aerobic. My new routine every morning now is take the stairs. It is about 6 floor and i hope i can do it everyday at least in the working day.

So, what i should do for now, it is 3 month excercise ti get shape on my ceremony on June is

1. Aerobic /pilates/yoga

2. Take a stairs

3. Jogging in the weekend

4. Diet ( more fruit and vegetables, no more snack)

My target it just maximum 5-10 kg, and i will monitoring everyday. I should get shape and beautiful in my day..So..keep the spirit for the beauty and healthy..
