Yesterday i did 10 k, yeay..but because i started late so, last km i just walk and the weather is feel so hot. So, my time 1:41 . That bad actually from my best time in 10 k 1:30. My target is 1 hour for 10 k so i can do 21 k for 2 ,5 hour. Need more practice actually. And one of my motivation now,i join challenges virtual run on endomondo. Most km for beginner and i try my best to get more and more km. So, lets fight for better run.
This week my target is running after work about 1,5 km everyday and in weekend i will do long run. I hope i can do my best for 21 k preparation. Now, it`s december 3, and my target this month i should do 21 k. So, lets set more excercise and dicipline.
