My waist circumference is decrease but my weight is increase.Is it mean my fat is decrease and my muscle is increase?i do not know about this. From today till june 21 i need to decrease more weight. It`s about 8 kg.. From now on, i need more excercise. Actually i already did skipping but it is not efective yet because i do not do it for a 2 week..So, i need to start over again with my skipping routine, using stair and joging and aerobic. That will be 4 excercise that i will do with some combination everyday.

After all , i think i need to dicipline with my diet too. I should stop eat choclate , cokies and many sweet food. should start my day with healthy food and healthy activity. Ganbatte
