slowly but sure

With fasting, slowly but sure i can reduce my weight. Yes, now i get 50 kg, feel so fresh and i can reduce it maximum 5 kilo again. Yeay, i will try to support with jogging this weekend. After my fasting is finish, i will weight how much . I need to do blood donor too. I hope everything under control.

When i did mudik, i did not excercise at all. I just walk to market about 1 km. That bad thing i did because i eat more after lebaran. But, because my village is so cold, my weight is stabilize. I had plan to pay my fasting that break because of woman things. I still have 3 days to pay my ramadhan fasting and then i hope i can do, 6 days fasting. We wll see, what happen in 9 days after fasting, is it my weight will decrease or not. I just think , maybe i can do some excercise but if not i can clean my house, or weeding, or washing or tidying up the house.

I will report it when i don`t get lazy to write it down 😀

I just feel tired because i need to come home lately for this few day.. Since sunday i should work late until my time to go to my parent house for lebaran aka mudik. I just try to find my mood booster to do everything.

I don`t do excercise 😦 but my weight now is 50 something because of tired i think. So, i hope i can do some excercise again and eat a healthy food. More fruits and vegetable. Need to do a lot, see you on good news i hope 🙂

Day 1- keep going

My menu yesterday was tempe, beans and potato. But i eat some snack too and some fruits like dragonfruits, and litchi. I hope that will be a good food for me. This afternoon i have breakfasting with my officemate. Maybe i will not eat a healthy food, but i hope i can eat something better.

 

So, keep trying to do my best to keep healthy.

Long time no see yeaa..

When i was out of town i get alergic from shrimp and it was horrible. All my body itchy and small bump. And it feel better after sorry to say throw up all over and over. So, start from that moment, i did not eat shrimp until now.

And recapitulation for my excercise, yea it did not going well. I did not run since out of town and fasting month, but i do walking excercise. Walking excercise  start from yesterday, i walk at least 1,5-2 km perday. I hope i can continued it. From my fasting , i just lost 1 kg, and it without excercise. So, i hope with walking excercise i can lose 2-5 kg more, so i can feel good. But, i just do it without many expectation actually. And when the time to “mudik” come, i will weight my body.

So, i need to stay focus to eat healthy food and do excercise without bad diet. Just healthy. I hope i can always write the progress of my activity to stay healthy.
